...See more Im afraid of life turning me bitter. I dont see the point of a lot of things anymore. I have goals, but they dont necessarily make me happy, or fill me with purpose. I feel like Im just drifting through life, just trying to get by, settling for my circumstances, and Im scared that this is permanent.

...See more I've been having some pretty bad anxiety attacks lately - so much so that I had to leave work (I'm in retail) twice because I was too overwhelmed/couldn't get myself together - but today marks my fourth anxiety attack of the past week and a half. I was supposed to work a very long shift today, which I had admitted to my team lead about two days before that I was worried about but nothing was done about it, but I was so embarrassed (and anxious) telling them that I had another attack that I just didn't show up or call. Which felt a bit freeing at first, for a good chunk of my anxiety is because of work, but now that I'm in a better frame of mind I deeply regret it. My place of work has been nothing but kind and accommodating, and here I was being so inconsiderate to not even let them know I wasn't coming in. I know that there's probably nothing to be done for it now - it is what it is, but I still feel awful...

...See more Hi! I'm Miri, I've recently joined 7 Cups, and have been pretty happy with it so far. However, I can't seem to get past Progress Path 14 ("Practice Mindfulness"), and no matter how many times I click on the little green button to save my progress, it simply won't save and I can't get to the next activity! I'm not sure if it's an error on my end or the site's, but I tried sending in a Support Ticket about the issue yesterday, and still haven't gotten an answer back, so I'm posting here in hopes that it'll get some attention! I apologize for any inconvenience, I truly don't mean to be a nuisance, but I've tried everything and still, no such luck! Thanks in advanced, Miri
