...See more Hey everyone I am quite new. Had anxiety and past ocd for the past 12 years now. My main issues are worrying about my health. So when I am in crowded places or around loads of people I feel like my breathing is short or my throat is going to close up. I can't distract myself and I have to leave. I have even put of doing alot of things now like going for meals and going to concerts as everytime it happens and I have to leave. I am getting so fed up of it. I have been on fluoextine for 6 years not sure it's working anymore. Always so worried about my health. Been to the docs loads and I'm healthy and it is health anxiety new panic disorder. I have tried it is great at the time but during an episode all rational thinking goes. Anyone help at all?xxx
