...See more So for a while now I have been looking into bpd because I saw some videos about it and was curious but I realized I have just about evey symptom of it but I can't get to see a therapist or a doctor, but I know if I do actually have it, it would explain a lot and actually help me considering what I have already been diagnosed with doesn't seem to really help with everything I'm through. Does anyone have any ideas of something I could try doing? I'd much rather not self diagnose considering the amount of people who do it and fake it, I don't want to be mistaken for someone who is that kind of person.

...See more I have a friend that has been going through a bad time recently, losing her two best friends. She has self harmed in the past and threatened suicide. I'm extremely worried about her. I have suggested this app, threapy, self care, even going outside to take a walk every now and then or taking care of a plant but she refuses help and I'm don't know what to do anymore to help. She's so stubborn and insists that she will talk to one of her friends again. I have been talking with him though and he continues to say that he doesn't think it's a good idea and it won't go the way she wants and I agree with him but she refuses to accept it. Does anyone have any idea of what I could try? I don't want to leave her behind or just stop talking but it's starting to hurt me and I don't know how much more I can take of the strew from trying to help her but she's like a little sister or daughter to me.

...See more So I saw some things on tiktok about bpd and I was like hey that discribes me a little too well so I did some research and I'm starting to think I might have it, unfortunately right now I don't have a therapist and my parents aren't trying to get me one even though ever since my last one left I have been begging them to get me to see a new one. I'm just not quite sure what I should do, I don't want to tell my mom because any time I try to talk to my mom about my mental health and laughs and says I'm making things up so I can have labels which is completely not true. I am honestly a little concerned and want to know if I really do because if I do it would make a lot of since based on things that have happened in the past. I have already been diagnosed with depression anxiety and adhd though. I was also almost diagnosed with ptsd but we weren't completely sure so we decided to try getting me screened for it again a different time.
