Hey, I’m Moe—your safe space in the middle of the chaos.

I’m a mom, so I get what it’s like to juggle a thousand things at once and still feel like you’re carrying more than anyone sees. I also know sometimes you just need one person who won’t tell you to “get over it” or “be strong”—just someone who listens. That’s why I’m here.

Think of me as a mix between the friend you can text at 2 a.m. and the mom who always makes sure you’ve eaten. With me, you can laugh, cry, vent, or just sit in the quiet for a bit. No judgment, no pressure, just space for you to be exactly where you’re at.

What I bring to the table:

  • A listening ear with zero judgment
  • Warmth, honesty, and maybe even a laugh when you need it
  • Respect for your pace—whether you want to spill everything or just test the waters
  • A reminder that you don’t have to go through this alone

Things I connect with:

  • Stress, overwhelm, “mom brain,” and life load

  • Grief and big life changes
  • Trauma recovery and finding your voice again
  • Parenting struggles and identity shifts
  • Just needing a person who gets it
  • Addiction Recovery

You don’t have to filter yourself with me. Bring your messy, your tired, your “I can’t take one more thing.” I’ve been there—and I’m here to listen. 💜

Grief & Loss / by MomFriendMoe

...See more I don’t talk about this often, but I lost my mom to murder. For a long time, I didn’t think I’d ever feel whole again. Grief became the air I breathed—heavy, unrelenting, and always there. And then I became a mom. Somehow, I was learning how to nurture life while carrying the weight of a loss that felt impossible to heal from. Some days it broke me. Some days it saved me. The truth is, I didn’t notice I was slowly putting myself back together. Healing isn’t neat—it’s not a straight line. It’s messy, quiet, and sometimes you don’t even recognize it while it’s happening. I only realized how far I’d come when I was able to sit with someone else in their grief. To listen, to hold space, to remind them that they weren’t alone. In that moment, I saw myself—not just as someone who had lost, but as someone who had survived. I’m still healing. I always will be. But I’m also living, loving, and learning. And that’s something my mom would be proud of.
