Anxiety is very hard to deal with right now

...See more Ive noticed recently my anxiety has shifted more to health stuff. Like if I think theres something wrong with me or a loved one, I cant get it under control. Like right now my mom has a headache and I think its from iron defiency. Which she has dealt with for a long time. So I know this isnt like life threatening yet cause she was at that point one time a while ago. But I just cant control myself right now. I cant eat or sleep. And its just little health things that set me off. I want to get control and try and function normally and happy again but it feels impossible. I just feel so exhausted and defeated right now and Idk what to do to deal with it anymore. Please if anyone has any tips please let me know, I welcome all the help I can get.

...See more Ive never actually had anxiety this bad. For the first couple months when it first started it was bad but I feel like this is on a whole new level. I lost my grandmother in January to cancer and it just feels like theres always something givin me anxiety attacks at least once a week. Im just so tired and want to feel normal again but its so hard. Im mostly anxious over health stuff with people I know and myself and it just sends me spiraling even if its the littlest thing wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or techniques to help combat this? I want to get my life back
