Hey! I'm Monica, a 19 year old listener here at 7cups.
In my free time I love listening to music, playing video games, and helping out all of you beautiful people here on 7cups!
I have struggled with Anxiety, Bullying, Depression, Eating Disorders, and Self-Harm and I know how tough it can be. I want all of you to know that you're not alone, and I'm always here if any of you need anything! I'm someone to talk to when you're stressed, sad, happy, or just need a friend :) I know life is hard, and sometimes we need help, luckily that's what all of us listeners are for :) I'll do my best to make you feel better, and just know that I'm already proud of you for taking the first step to reach out and talk to someone here.
