Hi I’m Monira, and I’m here to listen and try to help those who need it. I, like many others have gone through hard times yet overcame them. I recently graduated with a Msc in Psychology from a BPS accredited university in London. I have also completed a workshop on counseling. I would be happy to be available for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, family issues, and more. I believe it’s only right to pay it forward and be there for those who might be struggling with issues as I too have had the same difficulties. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
