...See more Hi everyone, I’m in my mid 30’s and recently have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, I’m trying to find different ways people cope with what they’re going through. I enjoy playing video games and listening to music. I used to enjoy writing music and lyrics, but lately it seems like I lost that spark of creativity.

...See more My name is Chris, I’m in my mid 30’s and I recently have been diagnosed with mild anxiety and depression. It sounds weird, but I feel slightly better knowing there is something wrong with me and these feelings and thoughts aren’t really my own. I’m on some mild medication which really has been helping a lot. I stumbled upon this app and figured I’d say hi and remind everyone that you’re not alone, someone out there is going through something similar.
