...See more I dwell in porn sometimes. At first I looked at it because I was just ***, but later on just looked at it because I was bored. I tried to reduce the amount of porn I look at. I was obsessed with it at one point in my life. It was destroying my mind, body, and soul. Family helped by controlling internet websites and blocking them. Only temporarly suppressed the feeling to look at it. I try to find other ways to ocupy my mind. I used other hobbies like sports, video games, or music creation to help. Was a good distraction and help reduce lookiing at it all the time. Need some guidance on better ways to cope. Any advice?

...See more There was a period where I was obsessed with porn more than the average person should. Yes, family stepped into play to help me. Not all family is aware. I am glad they helped me out, there are moments where I use porn and materbate to go to sleep. Bad habit to use for sleeping purposes. I work on arts and crafts to distract my mind from watching poor. Not having a job, girlfriend, or whatever I was going through. Made me angry and horny sometimes. Would occasionally chew my shirt when watching porn. To a point the shirt was unwearable. Slowly working through different anxieties and addictions. Along with family drama. Understanding what triggers my strange habits to look at porn, chew my shirt, or sacrifice sleep. Glad I made a few break throughs to reduce addiction of porn and prostitutes. Make better choices to fade out of watching porn.
