Hello, I've battled with Depression for nearly 21 years and have faced many of its affects. I may have an understanding of how you are feeling. I enjoy taking the time to understand you and what ever you may be facing no matter the situation. I believe heavily in being the person I needed during the difficult times in my life for others. I believe in self validation and never apologizing for how I feel; emotions are profound.
 
I enjoy creating using writing, cooking, and performing.
