Hello! I’m Mackenzie but I go by Moop and Mac too. I’m a 15 years old female. Everything I specialize in I have gone through. I can’t promise I have gone through the same thing but it’s similar and I can try to help. I’ve gone to therapy for 5 years or so, so yeah I have some techniques up my sleeve. Listen... you are not alone, it may seem like it now but I promise you aren’t. You are enough, this also may not seem true, you may think this is a bunch of crap but really you are enough for me at least... I feel like I’m never enough for my parents or for myself so I get it. And lastly you are loved! I promise I love all these people on here, we are all being strong by opening up and trying to help us by getting help.
