Hi! I am very happy you've come to 7 Cups of Tea - it's the first step. I'd like to tell you something about myself before we get to talk. I am a former viola player, enthusiastic singer, older sister, LGBTQ friendly person and I genuinely want to help you.
My friends often comment on me being a very good listener and if you need somebody to hear you out, then I am here for you.
I've dealt with suicidal thoughts, problems with accepance (either your body, your sexual orientation or views on romantic relationships), family problems, depression, self-harm, bullying, eating disorders, breakups, troubled relationships with partner or your parents.
It was through my friends or my personal experience that I learned how to manage in such situations so if you feel the need to talk, please let me know.
