I grew up on the border between two countries, a place where cultures mix and people learn to understand each other despite their differences. That experience taught me to listen first, to stay open-hearted, and to look for the best in others.
Family has always come first for me. I was the kind of parent who showed up—at games, school plays, concerts, and all those small but meaningful moments. Being present taught me how much quiet support can mean to someone.
