Hi my name is Tim and I signed up to 7 cups of tea because I know what it's like to go through some tough times and deal with mental health issues and hope that I can help others in need! I am 22 years old and for most of my life I have suffered depression and anxiety in and I also struggle with ADHD, something I was not diagnosed with til I was an adult. For the most part I was in denial of any struggles I had and tried to trudge on by myself, but it was when I finally sought help and begin to reach did I begin to find my way and find some control and peace. I really understand what it's like to feel out of control and helpless. But there is a way to manage those thoughts and feelings. And there are people out there who understand and will be there to listen!
