Welcome all 😀. I'm 30 years old and from the beautiful Emerald Isle (rains ALOT). I've been dealing with major depression, anxiety and PTSD on and off all my life. I understand what those dark days feel like but I also now how it feels to be able to LIVE again. I'm here to lend an ear and can hopefully support you through your darkest days too.
