...See more Good evening. I'm a 36 year old single mom to 3 girls. I struggle mostly with major depressive/anxiety episodes that can vary in intensity. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety and ADHD. I've attempted traditional therapy but it hasn't helped. I'm not in crisis, just looking for a place to feel safe about opening up and discussing these things where I can get real support from people who have/are there too.
