Hello,

I am a friendly, helpful and caring person. I like to help people anyway I can and able to be to effectively listen to anyone about anything. I can do general chat about anything before we get down to the main issues that you came to the site for.
My name is Ashley (male), 33 and from near Darlington in the UK.
All I ask is if you are asking for help and guidance is that you want to help yourself. I will try my best to help, support and guide you to be better or get onto a better path but if you do not want to try and help yourself then there's nothing I or any of the other listeners can do for you.

About me
My main hobbies are reading and sports as well as gaming and watching TV. My favourite book is Arrows of Fury by Anthony Riches, its part of the Empire series and focuses on the Roman empire. The sports I am most interested in are soccer football, tennis, wrestling, boxing, MMA and snooker.

Helped me to realise that a lot of my messed up feelings are grief. I never knew that grieving was not just loosing people. Hopefully now I can work on my new normal when I can reorganise all my thoughts and feelings about stuff.
