So much has changed since I started using 7 cups in 2016 (I was 15). I'm 24 now and I'm very thankful 7 cups was here. It definitely played an important role in getting me where I am today. Although I still have a ways to go, I have improved so much since I first joined this site, and it is a great pinpoint of where I used to be.

The Depression is Back

...See more After 4 years of consistent depression I had considerd myself in a sort of remission. I saw life in a whole new way. I could actually plan a future and took steps to accomplish those goals. I felt happy for once. In the last couple months it started to become strange to feel happy. I felt like it wasn't how I should be. I know everyone deserves happiness, yet it felt wrong. Now things have become overwhelmingly stressful again. I'm starting to lose the will to continue my plans. I'm sinking back into unhealthy habits (procrastination, sleeping too much, avoiding things). I'm feeling hopeless again. The depression is back.
