Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and an ardent mental health advocate! I love self help and motivational books, astrology and other occult sciences. I also invest time in studying psychology, listening and love getting to know people. I'm currently on a difficult journey myself but I’m doing really well given the circumstances and believe that I’ll be able to be a part of your mental health journey. I’m extremely empathetic and invest in each one of the conversations I have here. Rest assured that I will be a very engaging listener who provides you a safe, judgement free zone :)

I intend to give back to the community by supporting people struggling with ADHD, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, personality disorders and work stress.

Issues I don't deal with (strictly) : Issues around sexual health or anything sexual in nature, casual conversations or chats where there is no mental health related struggle to discuss. Kindly respect the boundary and browse for another listener to help you :)

...See more ADHD can be such a task to learn about, manage and stay consistent with management strategies. However, after handling it for a few years now, I've come to love the parts of me that screams ADHD! For example, I love how if a topic interests me, I will hyperfocus and learn so much about it that I can write a thesis on it!  Would love to hear what you love about your ADHD superpowers! :D
