Anxious and on edge?

...See more Recently I've been so anxious and I can't relax. Meditation and yoga used to do the trick but now it's impossible. I'm constantly clenching my jaw, it's gettig to the point where my teeth are hurting, and it's waking me up in the middle of the night- I can't even relax while I'm sleeping, I still clench my jaw! Does anybody have any suggestions for what might help? I'm desperate!

...See more So recently I split with my boyfriend of two years; and after the usual feelings of 'this is all my fault' and craving him back, I realised how I deserve better. And because there's no point telling him all of this, I've tried and he didn't listen, I thought I'd put it here. two years with you and you don't miss me. Two years and you're not even sorry. I forgave you for pushing me against the wall and you can't forgive me for defending myself when I didn't want to sleep with you. I forgave you time and time again while your friends poked fun at me while I was there and you didn't defend me. I forgave you for putting alcohol before me, and now I take that forgiveness back. You don't deserve me or my forgiveness, I gave you everything and I'm taking it back. So here's to the times you made me cry, the times you left me to suffer in my depression, the times you blamed me and here's to the times you made me feel alone. I'm glad you're out of my life, and I'm glad I've learned to love myself, I don't need your love to validate me. Here's to the fact that I asked you to take responsibility and for an apology and you told me you only take responsibility for some things and you're 'sorry if'. And on a final note... F**K YOU! it feels so good to get that off my chest.

...See more I'm fairly new to this, so I'm not quite sure how the forum works, so bear with me! My name is Natt, I'm 17 and I'm struggling with some issues which ultimately led to me being taken into hospital by police after phoning Childline because I felt suicidal. I am now getting councilling, and I've been on anti-depressants for the past few weeks. Does anybody have any suggestions for how to handle my mental health? I'm open to all sorts of advice:) I currently write a journal to get my feelings and thoughts off my chest, and I've started yoga, as I've heard excersize is a good way to cope with depression. If anybody has any more suggestions it'd be much appreciated!:)
