...See more Hi, I'm sorry if I make some mistakes, I'm French. So, I'm here to talk about autism. I am myself autistic and I struggle with social anxiety, fatigue due to social interaction, hypersensitivity to noises, lights, smells and sense of touch, insomnia, depression and self-harm. My question is : as an autistic, depressive, hypersensitive or insomniac, how did you find strategies to overcome these kind of struggles?
