...See more Hey, I recently has been struggling with depression, and as a result I was sent to CB Therapy. My progress in there was good and my GP asked if I had heard of 7cups. She came to the the conclusion that since I was really responsive to the CBT that I could use this experince to help not only reflect on my self and to learn techniques of mental wellbeing but to also be able to communicate with others more effectively and to learn essential communcation skills when talking to other suffering from a similar situation as my own. I joined a couple of days ago and I haven't looked back yet! Heres to more cups!
