Hello! My interest with mental health stems from my own battle with depression and anxiety I have learned compassion, coping skills and how to be a good listener as a result My other interests lie in leading a healthy life style, volunteering and spending quality time with friends and family I look forward to the opportunity to be a helpful listener!
