Hello! Glad you found me. I'm here to talk about just about anything... so feel free to chat about whatever is on your mind! I'm not an expert life coach or anything, but I've learned a lot from the things I've been through in the past and the things I'm currently going through, and I'd be glad to listen if you need to vent, sort things out, etc.
I started going to a professional counselor about two years ago to help me process some difficult past experiences and ongoing challenges in my life, and I'm SO glad got past that initial awkwardness and made the decision to go. So if you're thinking about professional counseling and want advice for finding a good counselor, what counseling is like, etc. don't hesitate to ask! I'd be glad to answer your questions as best I can. :)
