...See more I’m really depressed and the only way I feel I can get out of it is relying on others. I know that sounds healthy but the way I feel validation is if I get praised or complimented. So I got t!nder and ik hooking up is not safe rn but that is the only thing that is making me happy rn. I’m trying to be mindful since I still live at home but how do I find happiness within myself instead of relying on external factors

...See more Well I’m struggling a lot in school rn because it’s a lot of work and bio is my worst class. I don’t understand it at all and it just like learning a foreign language. I’m really depressed right bow because it feels like my entire life is school and I barely leave the house because of the work load. I can’t separate from my school work and I am constantly anxious about it. Just now I’m sitting in bio and I got an answer wrong and it caused me to pinch myself because I felt stupid. I haven’t self harmed in years but recently I’ve been having a lot more urges than I have in a few years.
