Hello friends! I am excited to be a Listener for 7 Cups of Tea. I have had a strong passion to help those dealing with depression and anxiety since I was a kid. I was raised to put others needs before my own and I wish to do that here. I love soccer, martial arts, the outdoors, reading and drinking coffee, and listening to music.
