About Me:

My name is Nina and I am a Verified Adult-Teen listener and mentor here on 7cups. My door will always be open for you, as I am incredibly willing to help others! I have personal experience with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and eating disorders however, I feel comfortable discussing many topics. Right now I am expecting my first child and would love to help other moms in the future. Telling your personal story to a stranger can be quite terrifying and hard, but I am proud of all of you and that you have joined this amazing community. I love videogames, movies, music and going out for walks as they really help me relax. My favorite animals are cats. Please don't hesitate to talk to me, I will do my absolute best to support you! Feel free to leave a message and I will try to reply asap.

Chats:

As a flexible listener I usually take chats that are very flexible. I adapt to the members needs, that means we can talk for an hour or more, daily or just a one time chat, not fixed days or times. However, we can also set a day and time to talk regularly. Even if we didn't, I will do my best to check-up on you every now and then. I am a kind, professional, honest and helpful listener. I would like to make this a very safe and nice environment for everyone on 7Cups. Almost everyday I get many private messages, so it might take time for me to answer. (Definitely on the weekends.)
