...See more Hello everyone, I'm new here. I've been depressed off and on since my mom passed in 2017. A lot has happened since then and I got better, but all of a sudden, I'm feeling really depressed, I either only sleep 2 hours, not at all, or for 12-14 hours. My husband tries to help me feel better, but most of the time we end up getting into an argument and I feel even worse. I've also been gaining weight, even though I've been diligent about eating healthy and this makes me feel even worse. I'm not in a good place, so I got this app to see if it helps me.
