I was really impressed by the professionalism, having a set time frame. Acknowledging what I said in the right way and asking fitting follow up questions. I know it's just techniques, and not necessarily 100% honest responses, but it works for sure. I appreciate the respect I was given. the only shortcoming maybe is a passivity, but then again, it's a "Listener" not a "Therapist", so for a "Listener" that's good enough :)
