I’m a 46 year old woman. Currently have SVT, Depression, anxiety and chronic pain. I’ve been married 30 years. Have 4 kids and 5 grandkids. Always struggled with both my daughters and their choices. These past few years is taking a toll on me and my health. I need advise on what to do and how to cope.
