...See more I read this amazing article last night and it has opened issues I didnt even really know I had. I had recognized my pattern and I knew I needed help, but having a name and even knowing what could be a possible casue is amazing! It feels amazing learning a whole new vocaluary to describe the patterns I have created. It helps tie it all together.
