My name is Teal :)

I love fire twirling, drawing mandalas, reading, journaling, listening and writing music and making art.

I'm quite a shy person and have anxiety, depression and a possible psychotic disorder.

I am currently completing a uni degree and want to help people.

...See more Today I'm having panic attacks about posting to forums. I'm really nervous and for some reason feel like I'm being judged even though I know everyone here is really nice. I don't know how to overcome this. I just keep trying to post things but today I just keep telling myself negative things like 'no one cares. No one wants to hear what you have to say. You're pathetic. You should just stop.' Does anyone else get like this as well? When I first started posting to forums I was nervous and felt kind of awkward but I hadn't felt this way again until today. I just feel really self-conscious and like my posts aren't 'good enough'. I feel pretty low right now and I've been doing some of the things that make me feel better but I just can't seem to calm down, you know? Any suggestions to overcome posting anxiety?
