My favorite tv shows include Ragnarok, Teen Wolf, and Shadow & Bone. I love reading too. I also sing and play the ukulele. I am hoping to gain more self-confidence and self-love.

...See more I’m not super new to 7 cups but I don’t use it enough to consider myself “not new,” so hello. I have depression and anxiety, among other undiagnosed issues, and a lot of things bothering me. I don’t have many close friends so I often feel lonely, annoying, or needy towards my people, and I’m always worried they’ll get tired of me. I can’t afford therapy, even on 7cups, because it’s expensive to live and people don’t prioritize mental health as much as they should. My depression has driven me to self-harm and suicidal thoughts, isolation, worsened anxiety, and just general sadness. I want to get better, but sometimes I don’t because it’s a part of me. I used to like hiking and I sometimes like to craft, read, and watch TV.
