...See more I've been having a difficult day with my depression really no reason for it but it's just hitting me really hard. I just want to curl up in a ball. But I'm putting a smile on my face and do like I usually do and act like everything is okay. My depression also affects my eating I haven't eaten much in 2 days and it's hard for me to even think about liking good. I used to not eat for weeks or to eat just enough to survive. It's all I had that I was in control over. I know it's not healthy and right and I've gotten much better but today just is hard. Or I guess more like the last week or so.
