I understand well about the feeling of losing someone and I have been through grief myself so that's where I know most how hard it is. I can't say I know exactly how much pain you are going through. What I could say is you have me here if you need someone and I promise I will walk the conversation with you at your pace and you do not have to be alone on this journey.

I am happy to be the listening ear and help you reflect upon your own thoughts and perhaps get rid of some confusion. Please do not expect me to give you advice or to solve your issues. Get in touch with me if you feel I may be able to help. You could message me at any time and I will get back to you when I can. However I could not provide long term support right at this moment. Currently I only come on the site occasionally due to other work commitment.

Other thing I would like you to know is 7cups for me is a family I have team supports, coaches and the best mentor I could ever ask for.
