Hi, my name is Olivia I am 22 years old. my mental health journey started when I was 11 years old. I have been diagnosed with a lot of things from paranoid schizophrenic to chronic depression. but at the end of the day its just a label and I refuse to let it define me because at the end of the day I just feel what I feel whether it has a name or not.
