I've seen a Councillor before that I had to pay to see...and this woman is literally so much better. Completely listens to me, doesn't judge me, doesn't tell me I'm wrong or right, and completely understands my situation. She speaks to me as an equal, understanding and it truly is really nice to talk to someone as positive and kind as One20y. I'm looking forward to speak with her again.
