I am a trained counselor who enjoys volunteering her time outside a clinical capacity and setting to those that need a listening ear. My favorite thing about counseling is hearing people's stories, and honoring their confidence. I also am a firm believer in the power of mindfulness and meditation to overcome life's little stressors.
