...See more There was a time when I was able to control the worries, the aniety, the panic but most days now I don't recognise myself. People around me are supportive and more patient than I could have imagined, I wouldn't blame these people if they decided to walk away from me because I'm too much to handle for most people. I have very little interest in people or doing things and my relationships with everyone is falling apart. I don't want to be this person anymore.
