Hi! My name is Alex and I'm 23 years old. I've been a listener on and off on this site for a few years now, and I love to be there for people who need support. The more kindness that is spread throughout the world, the better and stronger it grows. Ever since I was young, I've had a desire to make as much of a positive impact in the world as possible. I've pursued this goal through my family studies, as well as spending some time working in a domestic violence shelter.
