Hey there,

I'm probably just like you. I spend 5-6 hours a day sleeping, 7-8 hours of working/studying, 3 hours of physically getting around/eating and leaving the rest of the day for emotional unrest or trying to look as if I have it all together when I'm hanging out with people.

I had depression for 8 months from August 2016 to July 2017. It was the worst time of my life, and the best time of my life. It was then when I found my biggest opportunity for change and cleaning up the lens through which i perceived things. I went to see a psychiatrist for 2 months and a counsellor/coach for 3 months. I don't remember the misery I used to feel back then, but I do remember the pain of stepping forward and the pain of creating change.

TL;DR If you aware of your depression/are about to slip into an episode, trust that I will give my heart in ensuring you will find yourself in the way forward.
