...See more Hi everyone, I've been having some trouble with my anxiety lately and I'm posting this in hopes that someone might have some suggestions. So for the past few weeks I can't get the thought of my parents dying one day out of my head. When I'm not busy at work it's all I can think about because I don't have something else to actively think about. I'm almost constantly feeling this sense of dread that I can't seem to shake. Once the idea pops into my mind at a slow moment, my mind starts racing and sometimes doesn't even have any specific thought racing through it. I hope this all makes sense, it's hard to describe something going on in your head! Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!
