...See more My therapist has advised me to stay off Facebook. I usually go on Facebook daily as I find it the best method of staying involved and knowing what everyone's up to. But lately, i feel anguish and pain everytime I see things my "friends" are doing without me. I feel envy, anger, and sorrow at everyone's posts. So I'm trying to stay logged out. I didn't realize how difficult it would be. I didn't realize how much I depended on it to feel connected to the world. So im hoping that 7cups offers me some sort of satisfaction of this need for contact.
