I have recently been diagnosed as Bipolar #1. As a result, I have chosen to educate myself on what it means to live with that and how to manage it. This has lead me to 7cups which connected me with like minded others and people who can offer a safe place for gaining more insight and support.
I'm excited to learn more about my condition from the 7cups community, connect with others and hopefully be able to give back in return.
