Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am woman who believes in living powerfully throughout life. Sometimes we can forget how powerful we really are in the midst of confusing situations. We can forget that we do have a choice in how we respond to our situations and I am on this site to remind you of your greatness and options.

I do not have a psychology degree, or counseling but I work with a lot of women in my community who have gone through some intense trauma. I help them rewire thoughts, feelings and perceptions about themselves. During our talks we reverse lies and begin speaking new truths into existence.

I am a student of life and help people build or rebuild and maintain healthy relationships by discussing the following:

-Conflict management
-Mistake management
-Meeting and hearing needs
-Boundaries how to set them and why
-Identity
-Forgiveness versus Trust
-Goals and dreams
-How we experience love
-Heart to heart connections

I believe that nothing can hinder us from our true design,and It is my goal in life to come along side people to help remind them of their potential! I believe in community, health, and my goal here is to listen and hear you out and if need be, brainstorm options in your situations.
