...See more My anxiety has been so ramped up, I feel like I am just white knuckling it through every day. My biggest issue is loneliness and I don't have many people to reach out to. What do you all do to soothe yourselves or regulate your emotions? Reaching out to someone else, bubble baths and taking a walk are either not a possibility or just don't work. Any advice is appreciated.
