Hi. Thank you for contacting me. I’m here to listen to your needs. I have myself experienced distress in my life and having someone to listen to me was a life saver. I enjoy yoga for my physical and mental health. Yoga can always calm my mind. I also love to travel and read. I did attend school for social work and found myself spending more time with my clients as opppose to my actual paperwork. Sometimes all we need is to be listened to. I believe everyone deserves another person to vent to without being biased. I am a Registered Social Services Technician as well.
