Hey there, I'm Paul. I came here originally seeking help, like you. Life has had time to wear on me in my thirty odd years, just as it has on everyone, so I feel I can relate. It's a long term process, & things still hurt & confuse me & make me anxious, but I found I can dull those pains by investing in & listening to others.
