Health Anxiety survivor. Also a survivor of Postnatal Depression. Diagnosed with Clinical Depression & Anxiety. I like to now use my experience to help others. I have been a listener for years but unfortuantly got locked out of my old account. Happy to talk about many things and love nothing more than to help people. I am also a trainee priest within the Church in Wales. I have dealt with a lot in my short life so don't be afraid to ask!
