Hello! I am a Counselling student and my passion has always been to help and assist others by providing a safe space to come to when in need. Believing in a wide range of techniques to deal with issues, I have a background in art and design, fitness and nutrition and spiritual/meditative practices.
I have a variety of certifications from external trainings associated with wellbeing and mental health.
I have experience in General wellness, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Grief, Body dysmorphia, Anorexia and Bulimia, LGBTQ and some substance abuse.
